Request for Enabling In-App Purchases or Alternatives in Vietnam

 Hello EA/PopCap Support Team,

My name is Manh, and I am a long-time fan of Plants vs. Zombies 2 from Vietnam. I have been playing the game for many years and always enjoy the creativity and fun it brings.

Recently, I noticed that all in-app purchases, including premium plants, are disabled for players in Vietnam. Many dedicated Vietnamese players, including myself, would love to continue supporting the game financially, but this restriction prevents us from doing so.

I would like to kindly ask if you could provide clarification on the following:

Is this purchase restriction for Vietnam permanent?

Are there any plans to re-enable in-app purchases for Vietnamese players in the near future?

If in-app purchases cannot be re-enabled for Vietnam, is there any official legal alternative that allows Vietnamese players to purchase premium plants, such as using a different region or special payment method? I am happy to follow any approved method to support the game without needing a full country-wide enablement.

We, the Vietnamese community of PvZ 2, truly value this game and wish to continue supporting it. Enabling purchases—or providing a legal workaround—would not only benefit the players but also show appreciation for loyal fans who have been with the game for years.
