When clicking on Store or Adventure level, I get a screen that has the Dandelion picking g its pedals and a message stating "Restoring Purchases". I don't get this message when going into Penny Pursuit, Arena or Zen Garden. The note just hangs there with Flower pedals being picked. I have reinstalled the game 2x. I don't know what else to do.
Extremely frustrating bug. Recently returned to the game after a long absence. Enjoyed 1 week of play before the update. Now cannot play adventure levels at all. Cannot purchase anything at all. Would love to buy a few items and spend some cash. I mean thats why these games are made, to make $. The fact that it has been going on for as long as it has is counter intuitive. Seems to be only android users are having this issue. Galaxy S22 Ultra. Android version 14 One UI version 6. Please fix.

Same, this bug has affected me aswell, happend right after I updated. Makes me wish I never updated in the first place, not really wanting to wait 8 years then end up having the kids of tomorrow use my cry for help on reddit as a quick tutorial, if they never fix this.
It appears the new 11.3.1 update makes the old 'Restoring Purchase' bug more noticeable on some Android devices. If it is platform related, I hope our CMs can pass this message over to the PopCap devs to get it to be looked at asap.

Got the same issue. Hopefully they can fix it soon.
This issue is known for years by EA, they keep ignoring it (even if not being able to purchase is obviously meaning losing money...)
This time this is worse, the pop-up can't be dismissed.
I don't really hope something to be resolved soon, at least a rollback to get back the "normal" dismissable "can't complete purchase" pop-up.
