Restoring purchases is a problem again

3 years ago my game bugged when I wanted to get Strawburst and after buying him I got nothing. I asked for help here and one mod put Strawburst into my account, but I was left with this Restoring purchases bug that just won't go and since last update I can't turn it off by turning wifi off which basically makes whole adventure and shop inaccessible to me. Help ☹️

I'm having the same issue. The game is pretty much unplayable.... with all the money people have spent on this game I sure wish they tried harder to fix issues in a reasonable time frame. Also having a direct communication help button in the game would be nice. So many other games actually listen to the players and communicate back to them to resolve problems. I find it incredibly frustrating that you pretty much just get "working on it" with no resolution 😒

@1rbyez53knc5 For some of us It's been a problem for almost 2 months now. I've gotten used to doing the clear cache / airplane mode trick but it's a big hassle having to do it every session.

Apparently the bug prevents you from actually purchasing plants too so I'm surprised EA hasn't fixed it by now.

@75774248ca843ba5 I actually found way to bypass the bug by simply clicking on shop offer ad when it appears in my loading screen. For some reason it normally lets me access the shop

I have seen a few posts both here and over the sub reddit that the new update 11.4.1 seems to have this bug fixed. Please try this latest update if you are on Android.

That's the version I'm running on android and still no luck.... I tried the flight mode work around as well but even that won't work anymore. I love this game and wish I could keep playing.... oh well

@75774248ca843ba5 Did you wait a bit? After the update the restoring purchases spin would still pop up for me, but after a second or two it becomes an error message that I can click away.
