Rose Plant/Arena issue

My arena mode shows that I have completed all progress and received the rose plant in arena mode. However I have not received the plant and now can’t make any progress in arena mode or use diamonds to purchase any seeds for the rose plant in the store. At the same time this happened my diamonds, coins, mints, gauntlets, and valentine mode rewards increased drastically. I believe this happened after I had a patch or something done on it, but I’m not sure. Please help. I really want the rose plant.

Contact support, they fixed my issue. I was 450 seeds shy on both profiles after I had just unlocked the plant, arena claimed I gotten over 74,000 points! LOL

I still haven’t gotten my case fixed and now don’t have a chance to earn the rose plant. Hopefully they make that right since it appears to be a bug in the game that I can’t fix on my side.
