Saved data progress suddenly lost

I was playing PVZ 2, Using virtual space since I'm using Huawei Matepad T( a device that can't support Google Play Services). Using GSpace, I've installed the game and started playing PVZ 2. Within 3 months, I completed the 11 worlds then I started playing Arena. Then, I earned 2 plants; Solar Sage and Heath Seeker. I unlocked some plants like Pokra, Ice Bloom, Jalapeño and more. I created also an EA Account and I used it to backed up my progress. But one day, I opened the application, I was suddenly disappointed that my progress have been lost. I felt that I've been back to square one and I'm so sad about this. I spent a lot of gems, then the progress was vanished! I didn't clear the data of my virtual space. I want to know if this is a bug or my device was faulty. I know that some players are also experiencing this issue. I've been tried to relog-in my account many times but nothing happens, My question is were is my saved data.

I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible,

  • From the information shown, you either have

    :

    a) accidentally over written your old account with the new data possible by doing a forced sync

    b) the account data was corrupted or had been reset from the server side

    c) the original account was not associated with the email address you are using for the recovery

    If the problem is either a or b, there is very little chance to recover, you best bet is to make a fresh start.

    If the problem is c, then your account data theoretically is still saved somewhere in the server, but again if you do not know the player ID there is little the help center staff can help.

    Question.  Have you made any cash purchase and have receipts or proof of purchases?  If so, you might be able to reclaim these items onto your new account should you wish to start another one. 

    Let this be a hard lesson to learn for this buggy game, I have lost count how many times I told people to take note of their player ID and register their account with a working email address.

  • You account and progress data should be saved in one of the EA server somewhere.

    If you have registered your email with EA to earn 100 free gems, you can try register with the same email again to get an option to reload your old account.  If you have not registered your email, you will need to have the original player ID and contact EA Help Center to help you recover your account.

    If you have neither of the above, then it would be tricky, as the help center staff dos not know which of the hundreds thousands or might be even millions of unused account belongs to you.

    Thank you for the help! I tried to do your suggestion, but I can't find my original progress, My old account was backed up on my EA Account, whichever my league is Silver and my plants are more than 14 premium plants. But I can't find my unique real Player ID. The only progress that I saw is this: (See the file that I attached for details.)

    I tried to send a feedback to EA related to this.

    Is still there an another way to recover my old one,

    Thanks for the reply, Regarding to your question, I don't have any history of purchases yet. Second, I'd checked my files regarding to my progress to know if my old one was corrupted and this is the main problem and I found out that my old progress was corrupted. I've searched also in the Internet related to this, They said that if the file was corrupted, damaged or have been deleted, There is little or no chances to restore the progress as we know that the saved progress is unrecoverable(even the premium plants unlocked from Arena). So I made a decision to start a new one, But when I unlocked the Arena, I was suddenly shocked when I found out that my rank has been restored and even my Win Streak. So now I was thinking that my file was damaged, corrupted, deleted or maybe missing.

    @Cadm_16   No problems, and thank you for letting us know of the outcome.  

    If possible, could you please delete your images of you player's ID if this is the one you are using now?  it is not wise to let everyone know of your account number even thought this is not your bank account.
