Many report have suggested players encounters player/bot(?) that plays with tumbleweed peashooter appease mint sunshroom deck and managed to win with about 20-21M score. For me its username is [REMOVED]. Many also reports that the matching algorithm also likely to fail because no one even get past 4 streak, me personally cant get into 2 streak just now. Please recheck to solve this problem.

Something to keep in mind tho, it's probably "petunia", and same thing for other suspicious users y'all have posted here. It's because of a display bug that I've been noticing for many months now that the last character from my opponents' names is missing. I mean, either that or the overwhelming majority of users/bots like to use truncated nicknames. 🙂
I have the same problem, really low level plant like sunshroom in lv1 and peashooter lv4 managed to score 21M against all of my gold level threepeater, torchwood, and solar sage. That is not possible

It is unplayable. It has gotten worse the second day. Almost every battle is a loss against a weak build out.

Can confirm, I've played several battles, all of them were against bots. It shuffles between those 3 decks seen in the screenshots posted above, and nicknames are random. Thus it's now literally impossible to complete a streak of 7, the most I could do is 4. And what's also weird is there is no plant food the entire round even tho there are those power tiles lying around. Are they supposed to encourage folks to buy Power Lily or something?
OMG, it's adaptive. It's ADAPTIVE?!? Seems like it's not a bug, but a "feature". You only play with bots, always. And the algorithm is sorta adaptive. For example, starting at zero streaks I scored 19M but was flabbergasted to see the opponent scored 15M. Then right after that win - so at one streak - I chose different plants and played rather lousy, scored 290k but the opponent lo and behold scored only 390k. Did test this some more just to be sure but the conclusion is:

I don't feel any incentive to continue playing Arena except for the free plays and that's about it, and judging by the scores of the other 14 opponents I'm ranked against, they don't feel like playing either. Who knows, maybe they're bots too...?

I think devs should give some compensation like several mints/gem/coin/gauntlet, we lost some gauntlet cuz of this
Yep, I can confirm the same thing. It's like they're cheating us out of the final push to level up the new plant. I'm lucky if I can win one round but certainly not 2 in a row. I hope EA are reading this!!!
