Subject: Bug after Nov 8, 2025 update

Can’t access my profile “User Dave” Hello EA Support, After the Plants vs. Zombies 2 update on Nov 8, 2025, my game reset and created a new profile called “Usuário Dave1.” My original profile “Usuário Dave”, linked to Apple Game Center, contains all my progress and purchases. When I try to switch to it, the game freezes and crashes, so I can't access it anymore.
