Sync player data works but now causes gems reset to 0
There has been server issues and the Force Sync Player Data feature was not working for a few days. This afternoon I tried Force Sync and it worked so I thought I was safe to start playing Arena again but when I switched over to other my high mastery profile, I noticed the Season reward progress was glitched to over 10000 points, what this means I will miss out the chance to earn seeds to unlock and level up the new featured plant Mangofier.
I then noticed changes on the amount of my in game currencies, Gauntlets, Coins, Mints and Gems.
Damages noticed so far:
2x profiles with Season rewards glitched.
3x profiles with gem reset to 0.
I have now opened a new case of missing content with the Help Center, I have both my fingers and toes crossed, let's hope the advisor can help to correct these errors on my account.
