Hey 56cn8oivjlt4 , what region are you located in? Have you tried out troubleshooting guide for iOS games?
I have tried the troubleshooting guide and none of it worked. I am in North America

What error message are you getting exactly? I assume you've also tried switching the connection type (from Wifi to mobile data, and vice versa)?

Thanks! I wonder, is there an update available for you if you go to the App Store and search for Plants vs Zombies 2?
Yes I did when I uninstalled and reinstalled it and there was no update on the App Store
