Do you think it is worth to buy all the trackers?
and any tips on quick levels that I could play to earn seeds for jurassic march,big wave beach ,modern day?

You get ~28 extra seed packets per day with the additional trackers (world plants). If the seeds are somehow evenly distributed that would ~4-5 seeds per plant. So in one month you earn roughly 135 extra seed packets per plant. It's up to you to decide if that is worth it.
