Unable to play extra hard level of wild west

Hello 

I am kanika saini . I am playing this for about more than 2 years and only one problem that I am facing till now is that I am unable to move on to second round of "extra hard levels of wild west" .

Even if I completed the 1st round still the game stuck on round 1 

I even wrote about this in Google review but no actions have been taking 

Kindly see through it
