Walking the Planks Level 3

Pennys Pursuit - Walking the Planks - Level 3. Cant meet the minimum score no matter what i do. I use the 6x power up. Only get 200 pts per zombie hit. Is this a glitch or am i missing a certain stra...

    Try to hit multiple targets and keep a good pace, this should bring up the score multiplier.

Thanks fir the reply. Is their a strategy. Hit the first zombie or some type of sequence? Thx
