Plants vs Zombies 2 - Progress lost after update
Firstly, my account is linked to an EA email,
Progress lost after updating the game.
When attempting to restore game progress, it was found that in identities selections there was no previously backed up account information, ;-(

This is a common issue that can happen after a game update, or if you play on a new device: sometimes when you log in, you are playing as a Guest and have to start over from the start, which is not ideal.
