Weekly quest won’t play

The weekly quest will not play. It will not open, just jumps back to the Home Screen

Do you mean the Premium plant quest?

I just have a check on my iPhone7+ with 10.9.1 update and it seems to be working.

Yes the premium plant quest, it won’t launch on an of my devices, it has happened before.
my friend also has the same problem but some are playable.
both of us are on IOS

Same issue as 3 weeks ago the premium plant quest won’t open again.
