My progress has gone

I just decide to play pvz2 after a long time, and I realize that my account and progress are missing.

I have been connected to google play account and It even have former achievements too!

I try to connect EA account, But It keep repeating that my account's birthday is incorrect.

However, I don't know what I have typed in game.(Not the one that inputted when we open the app 1st time)

I can change my age in EA, but waht's the point of this behavior that I don't know my age?

Also I'm so confused google play account connection is brocken.
