@Jakepenng99 To be honest, they already did a "PvZ if it was garden scapes" on facebook like 9 years ago. It was honestly pretty damn good since it turned PvZ into a tower defense game on Roadtrips, which already made it more unique... Though this was before PvZ2 was released.
I think the main issue with PvZ3 is just it's lacking in content overall and it shows.
There is NO choose your seeds... And there are like what, 11 plants in the whole game so far as I know. 16 if you include the 5 that are power ups. (Mostly relying on wiki for information.)
Compare that to the first game that had 40 plants in total, excluding Upgrade plants like Fume shroom as that'd make it 48. +1 if you include imitater.
I do expect the game to purposefully be difficult because, well they want to sell those boosts and these days it's expected. But it's not doing so well.
The game restricts the player too harshly, which was what made the other games more fun, you had the freedom and choice of what you chose, with a few exceptions.
Unfortunately with it's current state, my expectation with this game has been incredibly low. Which is unfortunate since a new PvZ game would've been nice given I had already beaten PvZ1 and 2 at this point.
