Shadow plants

What if shadow plants returned in PvZ 3? Maybe not in the same way.... I think it was cool that PvZ2's introduced them with an innovative mechanic, but the execution left a little to be desired, as it's very unbalanced that a plant like the Moonflower is a conductor of this unlimited energy and also affects the plants around it, giving it a huge advantage to the point of being almost unbeatable for zombies.

However, there is an idea on how to solve this! such as:

Base plant: 🌿🍃 Grimrose 🍃 🌿

🍃🌺 "Grimroses are shadow plants that behave like landbound Tangle Kelps, dragging up to 3 zombies into the dirt." 🌺🍃

🍃🌱🌺🔮 Orbs 🔮🌺🌱🍃

One of my redesign ideas was to reuse the grape "meter" to store energy orbs and drag them to the plants, similar to using fertilizer. It would remain active for a limited time, which in itself would be a fairer way to use this mechanic.

You can obtain an orb after a zombie is sucked into the ground following Grimrose's attack, as a sort of forgotten shadow remnant.

🍃🔮🫟Radiation 🫟🔮🍃

Moonflower no longer emits light; that function is now performed by other plants, but only for a limited time. Something that, when its abilities are activated, would react like a type of radiation that loses intensity after some time until it disappears.

Some examples:

🌿🌱🍄📌 Doom-shroom 📌🍄🌱🌿

Recipe: 🍃🌱 Potatomine + Puffshroom + Grimrose (#2) 🌱🍃

☀️ Cost: 250 suns ☀️

🌿🪻🍊📌 Noctarine 📌🍊🪻🌿

Recipe: 🍃🌱 Stallia + Lime-Bomb + Grimrose (#2) 🌱🍃

☀️ Cost: ??? ☀️
