Expand Grapes of Wrath

At the moment, grapes of wrath as a feature has great potential but currently is kind of just there doing very little. I tend to forget this is even a feature until the bar fills up and the ability is triggered.

My interpretation of grapes of wrath currently is a special type of plant that provide passive abilities to your lawn that are triggered by meeting some sort of criteria.

I would love be able to swap grapes of wrath out with other special plants that provide unique passive abilities to my lawn, whether these plants cost real money or dave coins or are unlocked through progression. These special plants could have different ways of triggering their abilities too, like a plant that has an ability every time a final wave is called.

If this was implemented it would be a good way of differentiating pvz3 and making it unique to the previous games in a way that is more evolved.
