Petal-Morphosis

In PvZ Fusion, the Surprise Box, also known as the GiftBox, is a special item that, when planted, takes a few seconds to open, creating a random plant in the space where it's placed. It's an interesting concept, but since there's some resistance to adding instant plants, it would have to be something quite different in this game... but, in any case, I think it's worth exploring this concept with extra additions.

So, something more natural that came to mind was the concept of metamorphosis, where caterpillars spend time in chrysalises until they transform into a beautiful butterfly with wings~ 🦋 

Based on this, I'll leave these ideas here:

🌿📌 It may be a magical plant that, after being planted, grows through a maturation process inside a type of chrysalis until it transforms into a new plant. 🌺🍃

🌿📌 When you shovel this, she drop a random seedpacket that costs 150 Suns or less. 🌺🍃

🌿📌 If you don't want remove this plant with a shovel, you can merge it with others to explore magical and genetically modified abilities. 🌺🍃

+ Sunflower: Conjures seedpackets (solar plants only).

+ Peashooter: Different projectiles (Exclusive).  

+ Wallnut: Barriers that protect other plants.

+ Potatomine: Unstable Clones (Explosive). 

+ Cabbage-pult: Summons pets/creatures. 

+ Bop Choy: Switch modes (Transformations).

+ Aloe: Reviving dead plants. 

+ Puffshroom: Parasitize zombies (TLoU Vibe).

+ Chomper: Mutations and More Heads. 

+ Chilli Bean: Transforms zombies.

+ Cattail Tier 1: Bounce "spells". 

Tier 2 + Hypnoshroom: Summon Zomboids.
