Plant vs zombies 3:evolved | I found a bug that stop me playing

I am stuck because of the strange reason.The game let me to click pass menu,but when I get in,I can't do anything and quit.And game still let me to click pass menu.So I can't do anything in the game....

Thanks impizzatower​! This is great information, would you be able to share your Player ID if you're able to access the settings menu?
