Pvz 3 power up changes

Personally I don’t mind the rake sun boost and gum ball machine being boosts (although rake should be cheaper or buffed and sun boost should give you 4) but I don’t like the cherry bomb jalapeño, blover and ice pepper being power ups and not usable plants plus it doesnt feel that powerful compared to pvz 2 power ups like power toss so I listed down some ideas instead

the blower should just be changed to a fan for 900 coins and the actual blower should be a seed packet for 5 sun and be able to blow all zombies back a tile or two

the cherry bomb could be a rocket that you send down and is essential a weaker doom shroom without the crater (for reference can not kill a bucket head)

the jalapeño could be some sort of flamethrower machine and burns all zombies in that lane and some damage in the lanes next to it 

the ice pepper could just be a frozen bomb that freezes all zombies but for a little less Time

or you can use the pvz 2 power ups that would work as well

and when you unlock Dave’s workshops this could be a way to unlock them and gain more

Lv 1: gain 1 free power up every 24 hours

lv 2: gain 1 every 18 hours

lv 3 start every level with a rake

lv 4 gain 2 powerups

    Ztech labratory

    lv 1 1 extra mower with a 1 minute cooldown 

    lv 2 when Mo is activated all zombies in the lane above and below get stunned for 2 seconds

    lv 3 -20 second cooldown unlock electro pea and start the battle with 1 extra random plant tile 

    lv 4 extra mower

    lv 5 extra 3 second stun time

    zombies:

    drone engineer: every 15 seconds spawn a drone 

    drone: flys and attacks from above can sometimes switch lanes

    chemist: throws potions at either plants or zombies randomly either slowing plants attack speed or increasing zombies move speed (effects a 3x3 area)


    jetpack zombie:flys over your plants to your house

    impfinity clone: clones itself when it takes damage


    Gadget scientist: spawn 3 special tiles that can boost zombies but also spawns 1-2 tiles that benefit the plants and a 50% chance to spawn a neutral tile

    medic zombie: carries a heal station that heals zombies in a 3x3 area drops the heal station when killed

    robotic zombie conehead and bucket head: explode when killed dealing some damage


    Robotic gargantuar: when killed explodes in a 3x3 area but has slightly slower movement speed.

    toxic scientist: poisons plants in a 3x3 area slowly killing plants over time.(immune to poison effects

    electrified zombie: zaps non electric plants instead of eating can chain 3 times but eats lightning plants immune to electric damage


    plants 

    tall nut: blocks low flying zombie

    aloe: heals plants in a 3x3 area

    electric currant: plants in a 3x3 gain the ability to shock the target they hit for 1 sec and shoots stunning lightning shocks dealing damage and stunning a zombie for 2 sec any plants in the 3x3 area are immune to lightning and when he gains enough electricity he uses it to speed boost all around him the more electric plant around him the more often he uses it

    electric pea deals moderate damage and can chain up to three targets and 

    toxic pea plants in a 3x3 area around him gain poison immunity

    poison shroom:

    thunder shroom: has high health and stuns zombies who start eating him

    ginger zap😕hoots electricity in 4 directions

    soul patch:  has a high health shield that covers all lanes and heals over time. Legendary plant can only have one on the field at a time

    new ability zap in a bottle: zap anywhere you want dealing decent damage in a tile of your choice and stun all zombies around it for 3 seconds

    gimmick: jet pack attack: spawns a bunch of jet pack zombies.

    mechanic 

    The battle has some tiles on the field already and tiles can spawn over time

    reference

    green tiles benefit plants (zombies cannot use)

    purple tiles benefit zombies (plants cannot use)

    White tiles can benefit both sides and both plants and zombies can use.

    Special tiles disappear when used 

    sun tile: spawns 2 sun when played on (green)

    taco tile: plants gain their taco form immediately (green)

    plant food tile: when planted on said plants uses their plant food ability.

    Supercharge tile; x3 attack speed production or move speed

    (green purple and/or white)

    fog tile: spews a column of fog: (purple)

    grave tile: spawn a grave when activated: (purple)

    heal tile: heal over time for 12 seconds: (green,purple and or white)

    seed packet tile: seed packets refresh 20% faster for 10 seconds (green)

    weather tile: when activated random weather can start

    (Some examples are rain, thunderstorm, snow, wind,fog etc) (white)

    Time tile: when activated can switch from day to night and night to day. (And possibly dusk if it gets added) (white)

    Icy tundra:

    Lv 1 New ability ice shroom (can be swapped with grapes of wrath)  1 min 20 second cooldown (tap to actuvate

    Lv 2: -20 second cooldown

    lv 3: unlock (icicle cannon)

    lv 4 -20 second cooldown

    lv 5  start the battle with a iceberg lettuce 

    gimmick

    snowstorm

    all non- fire plants gain the chilled effect where they attack or produce 30%slower if chilled for the second time gets 60% slower if chilled for the third time plants become frozen 

    Ice ball attack

    huge iceballs come from any lane(s) and if not destroyed before hitting a plant it gets destroyed or either heavily damaged and chilled

    zombies 

    refrigerator zombies has high health and when destroyed it freezes non fire plants in a 3x3 area

    yeti zombie appears on the lawn and walks a few tiles and runs away after a while drops coins and diamonds when defeated

    ice cream vendor zombie 

    pushes a ice cream vendor and throws ice cream at plants doing damage 

    Jacket zombie

    wears 5 jackets to keep him more protected and to be immune to chill effects (toasty warm)

    ice weasel zombie releases weasels when is armor is destroyed

    sloth gargantuan has slower speed but resistant to chill effects and throws 3 imps in random lanes when at half health

    popsicle stand zombie

    gives popsicles to zombies increasing their speed 

    icecube head has very high health and immune to chill effects but takes high damage from fire effects and applies the burning effect on him immediately 

    Furnace zombie

    carries a portable furnace where zombies in a 3x3 are immune to chill effects drops the furnace when destroyed

    Icicle cannon shoots a heavy damage icicle that explodes into multiple shards dealing heavy damage and chilling zombies

    fire flower produces 2 sun an shoots a flaming sun at zombies

    infeeno ring

    click to spawn an inferno ring dealing heavy fire damage in a 3x3 area and apply burning effect immediately and it slowly moves out of the field

    torchwood

    fire plants can unchills and unfreeze plants in a 3x3 area except for fire mint (1x1) and jalepeno (1 lane wide)

    Burning effect ( when applied zombies take damage over time but does not ignore armor and takes 10 seconds to wear off when not being hit by fire attacks)

    Sportz arena 

    unlocks vs mode, the ability to attack other players city and the zombie campaign 

    lv 1 gain a daily piñata and all piñatas have a 20% chance to gain double rewards and when opening piñatas you pick between 1 of 2 rewards

    lv 2 new plants potato mine and chomper and additional 10% piñata double chance

    lv 3 additional 20% chance

    lv 4 unlock star fruit and cold snapdragon

    lv 5 unlock captain corn (mythical plant) and 10% piñata chance 

    gimmicks 

    adrenaline rush all zombies gain 15 % move speed and eating speed for 10 seconds and sports zombies gain an additional 15% move and eat speed

    water break 

    All zombies get teleported to the beginning but regain most of their hp (armor does not respawn and Gargantuars don’t heal to full health and bosses receive little to none of that healing and take less fire damage for 2-3 seconds

    zombies

    pole vaulting zombie

    baseball zombie: throws a baseball at a plant in its damaging it and stunning it for 2-3 seconds

    all star zombie charges at plants and destroyed the first plant it encounters and replaces it with a tackle dummy 

    while charging kicks imps forward (including super fan imp) 

    tennis champ zombies shoots tennis balls at plants and every 3rd ball is a flame ball dealing flame damage for 3 seconds can hit any lane

    pogo zombie

    mascot zombie sport zombies gain a 15% speed boost while alive

    mascot imp sport zombies in a 3x3 area gain a 10% speed boost while alive

    defensive end(Gargantuar) when spawned and when helmet is destroyed gain 20% move and attack speed

    coach zombie: when he blows his whistle(can only happen once) 3 random sport zombies spawn

    brain vendor zombie gives zombies a massive speed boost for 2 seconds

    cold snapdragon: does less damage than snapdragon but slows the zombies down

    captain corn: shoots a barrage of corn kernels that can hit all lanes and shoots the closest zombies to your house and then shoots two shuck shots and 5 butter at zombies and then needs to recharge (mythical plant meaning you can only have one on the field and can only bring one mythical plant)

    lemon aid all plants in a 3x3 area gain a attack/production boost

    metal flower produces sun and has high health

    carrottillery tap to launch carrots dealing heavy splash damage and knockback

    shuffle truffle: all zombies on that tile get bounced back 2 tiles and into a different lane

    chard guard

    Bombegranate : explodes and leaving exploding seeds which do more damage the longer they are there

    Food court

    lv 1: plants have a 15% ability to get their tacobility form

    lv 2 unlock burstberry and ghost pepper and an additional 5% tacobility chance

    lv 3 unlock kernel corn and gain and additional 5% tacobility chance

    lv 4 start the battle with a coffee grounds tile

    lv 5 unlock romaine ceaser and additional 10%
    and ceaser guard

    new gimmick 

    coffee ground tile 

    when a plant is planted on it it slowly gains increased attack or production speed the longer the level/battle is 

    Tea tile plants lose attack or production speed the longer they are on the tile 

    tea cup: if not destroyed in time creates a tea tile in front of it (can create multiple)

    Zombies 

    teapot imp: spawns steam in a 3x3 area which causes plants to have a chance to miss when attack zombies not including insta plants the steam dissipates after 10 seconds when defeated 

    Gentleman zombie throws tea in any lane or lanes adjacent to him at plants creating a tea tile (will target coffee tiles if it is in range) and occasionally spawns teapot imps

    pizza delivery zombie throws pizzas at plants trapping them until the pizza is destroyed can only throw 3 boxes

    Hot dog imp can switch lanes

    energy drink zombie drinks an energy drink and speeds up 

    burger grill zombie uses a grill as a shield and gives zombies burgers that increases their health and eat speed

    king of the grill: flips plants behind him and flings imps forward

    cook zombie: throws random food at zombies giving them random buffs

    ketchup and mustard zombie 

    shoots ketchup and mustard randomly either stunning plants or slightly boosting zombies speed or health

    taco imp: unable to be attacked until attacking and gives a plant a taco when killed

    plants 

    coffee bean wakes up mushroom plants and with 2 of them can create a coffee grounds tile

    potato cannon: when tapped pushes back up to four zombies then explodes when it collided with 4 zombies or reaches the end of the lawn

    melon pult

    apple mortar: shoots in three lanes slightly knocking back zombies


    burstberry shoots berries that explode upon combat

    kernel corn shoots a bunch of kernels and then 2 shuck shots than has to recharge

    ghost pepper: deals continuous damage and explodes when he runs out when a zombie is killed within a 3x3 area of him he gets to last longer

    romaine ceaser spawns ceaser guards overtime and gives them to ability to slowly heal over time

    ceaser guard has decent health and attacks with his spear dealing moderate damage
