Review of PvZ 3 Evolved: Put the 5 lawnmowers back and add costumes

I completely agree with your idea about the Zen Garden! Being able to visit other players' gardens and check out their customized plants and unique costumes would be amazing. It adds a great social element without hurting the core tower defense gameplay. Let's hope PopCap is reading this!

I never specified paid Plant Pass, just the Plant Pass overall. I too am a f2p player atm, and cosmetics are not really necessary, so I see them as a more premium feature, which leads to a likelihood of monetisation.

Costumes in the Dailys section of the Shop also work. There has been lawn decor for Gems in the shop before.

If the Zen Garden got a huge rework, it could be cool to see other player's collection of plants and the costumes they got on their plants.

It allows for epic last-minute comebacks on specific lanes, which is a core part of the tower defense experience.As for the costumes, I'm glad you agree! However, instead of putting them only in the paid Plant Pass, I highly recommend that the devs add a dedicated "Costume Shop." This shop should allow players to buy skins using in-game Coins and Gems. It would make the game much fairer and more rewarding for free-to-play (F2P) players like me to grind and customize our lawns!

Personally, I actually quite like the one Lawnmower. I don't really think the game is that difficult in which we need multiple lawnmowers. If I'm failing a level so badly, what usually helps is switching up my layouts or the plants that I'm using.

As stated in one of the recent blog posts, we won't be getting new plants for a while as the devs focus on bigger changes to the overall gameplay - more plants won't fix the repetitiveness of the levels.

I would like costumes tho, those could be nice Plant Pass/Neighbourhood Watch rewards.
