Developers should change the mechanics of Plants Vs Zombies 3's "evolution system."

1st flag 

• Players can only use the basic plants (tier 1 plants).

2nd & 3rd flags 

• Players can now use the 2nd evolution plants (tier 2 plants).

4th & 5th flags

• Players reaching these phases can now harness the power of 3rd evolution plants (tier 3 plants).

In this kind of system, players can experience the unique features of every plant and create strategies that make the game thrilling and fun.
