A BUG ON MY GAME

Hello, well yesterday I was playing on my game  plants vs zombies 2 and then after not playing I got in the game again and my money and fuel were negative meaning that’s I don’t have any money o fuel that I want to use cause I can’t play or level up my plants , and a friend tried to help me but it only works on a android device so I just want to have my money and my fuel cause I just wanna get progress in the game cause I had to spend money in time cause I have this account since years and I always played on a iPad. I don’t know what happened or if someone got into my account and just put all everything negative, I just want a solution.
