Сan't launch PvZ Heroes on Android

When I open the game, there's a short loading time, and then a message appears that says "playing with headphones is recommended," and that's it. The screen can stay like that for hours. I've tried everything:
reinstalled the app,
changed the system language,
tried running it on emulators,
cleared the cache,
reset the phone to factory settings. Nothing helped. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I'd be incredibly grateful.
