[ Xbox One ] Game crashes when friend joins

Ah, who told you to reroute you ip? Was it ea?
Did you ever figure it out?
- No sadly. We have tried deleting the game deleting the saved game file incase it was corrupted and re-downloading, tried port forwarding his ip address. Tried clearing the cache. Nothing has worked. It's odd cause he can use the portal to play multi-player but can't join friends or friends can't join him in the backyard.

- Yes we had him try from a second account. We have also had him try to join several people.

Same here. No matter what I tried I cant seem to connect to my girlfriend without crashing. Also, I have tried all methods of troubleshooting - I could list them if you'd like but I am by no means exaggerating when I say all means of troubleshooting.
We also had no issues with PvZ1, we played Garden Ops countless of times, this is only recent with the current edition of the game or an error on EA's server.
- If you can list any troubleshooting that hasn't been mentioned that would be awesome. That way we can have a good list for people to try.
