[ Xbox One ] Game crashes when friend joins

Exactly the same problem here. But one of us have the 10 hours trial version. We are now afraid of buying a second copy.
What I would like is a response from the support team on why this is happening. And maybe provide a workaround or even when an update will provide the fix.
I searched through the forum. There are others with the same problem. But nobody listen to it.
Seems that nobody have a workaround. We have to wait for the first patch.
After pvz2 keeps crashing by joining... we tried pvz1...and the same problem. one game crashes when joining garden ops. Seems we get no update for this. I think its some kind of missing error message that you can't join other games in pvz.
