PvZ Heroes Missing Starter Hero

So I recently started playing Pvz Heroes and i finished a quest to get the last plant starting hero and I received no hero, it's been days now and I can't contact EA support because for some reason I am unable to add my platform when submitting a help ticket. I believe my issue might be caused by the fact I purchased the chomper hero before getting the last starter hero.
