I have gotten both pieces for Iron Citron and both pieces for Toxic Brainz as well as a couple legendary hats, all from the 15k packs. Have spent 5.4 million coins so far which isn't all that much imo, currently have 2,427/6,934 unlocks. In my experience the legendaries so far are rare enough to make me feel really excited when i get them but not so rare that they feel like a massive grind.
@Finaldeath1689 you have been very lucky 🙂 I have spent around 16 million all on the 35K packs and finally I am down to 1 piece left for the scientist. I am not sure how many hats there are I have a few but I was more concerned with the characters themselves.
