Cannot connect te ea servers pvzgw2

i have had this issue for about 3 or 4 months, i have tried every solution i found online like resetting router, my ip adress ect. i do not have any banns or anything and i have yet to be able to load in even into non multiplayer, anyone have any idea what i could do?
