I'm just curious which packs you have had the most success with when acquiring a Legendary character piece.
Everyone is different, so it will be interesting to see the results.

It is definitely not a cheat. To increase my chances, I have actually bought 7500k packs when my sticker book was at 3000/7000. I made what you might call an investment and instead of trying to hunt for legendary items, I thought I would fill my sticker book with the common/rare/base cosmetics that I can get from the 7500 packs to reduce getting them down the road. BTW, it is cheaper to get 7500 packs for base cosmetics than 15k. You get more at a lesser cost when you do the math.
Prior to 4000/7000 consumables, you get three cosmetics from 7500 pack and four from a 15k pack. You pay an extra 7500 for one more hat with a very slim chance of getting a legendary and that isn't a good deal to me. You don't get legendary items from the 7500 packs, but you save millions down the road.
Once I got to around 4200k, the 7500k pack started giving between 1-2 cosmetics at a time. Then I jumped to the 15k packs because you don't get weapon skins from the 7500 packs at least during my experience. I've gotten three legendary items recently for less than 2 million since. I've even gotten flooded with backyard pieces as well. The 7500 packs started giving me three again so I am going back to them for now until I reach 5000/7000.
My strategy for now is to use the 7500 packs to collect all the common and base accessories so its less painful and expensive down the road when I want those legend items.

I spent over than 25 millions now...
I got it one hat today. I have almost 4000/7000, I will try those steps, Is not it enough to have cosmetic gold, silver, diamond, jewelry, they had to give the legendary after completing the book
for some so hard ... to another easier to take candy from childrenfor some so hard ... to another easier to take candy from children
