I bought something in PVZ BFN and didnt get it AND IT STILL CHARGED ME.HELP

bought Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville™ – Star-Studded Pack - $7.49 once and I got it. It is a 1-time purchase thing and it didn't go away so when I went to buy it again It said it didn't work and still charged me for it I have proof and a clip of me buying the first pack. Please help I want my money back or my items in game this isn't fair.

    I should have 2370 stars and I have 1370. I can show I've bought nothing.

    i had this same problem and made 4 cases about it and never got nothing
