A game I redeemed back in 2017 doesnt show up in my library

Ive tried everything support said and theyve sent me here since they dont know what to do anymore. Anyone could tell me why I cannot even download Plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 when even the support told me it shows to them that I own it ? Thanks

Hey there,

If your game is not showing up in your EA app library but you remember purchasing it in the past, there might be a chance you used a different platform to play it, such as Steam. Have you tried checking your other platform accounts to see if you can find the game there?
