The game is not playable

I know this is not the right section and I'm sorry for that but I am writing this here since we've asked numerous times for help in the dedicated sections of the ea forums and we got 0 answers/help.

The game I'm talking about is plants vs zombies: garden warfare 2. recently there has been a surge of players and ever since the servers are lagging most of the times, the lobbies are capped meaning that most players when it's rush hour cannot get into a get, the anti-cheat causes crashes very often at the launch of the game for some reasons and the games are overrun by hackers on pc despite the anticheat being up. In my lobbies at least 1 game out of 2 has a hackers that makes the game unplayable (not even talking about the casual hackers). I know that you cannot make things right magically but at least acknowledge the issues that the game has and just let us play in the sorry state that it was left in, right now we can't even play the game like cmon. If you don't believe me just go into the more ea games section and the pvz section of the ea forums, people have been complaining about those issues for a long time and no one has answered.
