A message from PopCap

This picture was on a wall in Z-Tech Factory in the cafe near the C point (on Suburbination at least)

"In appreciation for your help as a creative consultant on the hit game Plants vs Zombies the team would like to present you this certificate

Thank you!"

This might be to Zomboss actually, as the wall it's on is full of diplomas and pictures, but I still believe this is a message to us.
