Have you tried these steps?
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/
4. Turn off Scaling in the Nvidia Control Panel, and re-launch the game
5. Run Origin and Plants vs Zombies as Administrator
Let us know if these steps help.

unfortunately i tried every step,
still can't open the game. 😢

Firstly close Origin, then run it as admin. Find your folder where the game is downloaded, run "PVZBattleforNeighborville.exe" as admin. This worked for me, hope it helps.

Does this help load up the game for you?

I do all the steps but the ".exe" is not in the help folder
