PVZ Heroes Daily Rewards don’t let you get the weekly event cards

I claimed today’s daily reward of 10 tickets, which were the last 10 I exactly needed for the forth copy of this week’s event card. But the animation for getting the card never popped up nor did I get my card even after a while and is still at 3. Could the support please fix this.
