I'm going to ask the community managers to take a look into this.
Thank you, its really sucks that i cannot enjoy GW2 dlcs☹️ Its seems like this problem accour only with the deluxe edition of the game on ps4 (Because Zackscott which playes on pc and zero on xbox one- they both own the deluxe edition and haven't this problem.
