Alien Sunflower

I think she could use a buff... She is definitely the weakest variation of all sunflowers. 10 shots with a horrendously weak DoT. The other Sunflowers total damage output puts hers to shame. I mean the difference between 10 shots at like 10 per hit, and the other sunflowers who have 30-45 or even 50 shots (shadow flower) dwarf her damage output, and even the speed at which they deliver that damage.

I absolutely love the sunflower class as a whole, and I like so many variants. The Shadow Flower, Fire flower, Vampire Flower, even the Pharaoh flower has great burst capabilities. But Alien is the little engine that couldn't and fell off the tracks and into a ravine where she exploded... So sad. Can you please help her out, devs?

    Well I'm pretty bummed that no one seems to care about my little flower that derailed into a ravine and exploded into a million little spore mists... This is part of the problem. Characters that need some buffs get none, because no one cares to even think about or play the lesser variants. Rubbish. This game will not be fixed as needed. It's just going to be a back n forth of OP/underpoweredness that leads to everyone ranting and raging... I'm upset...

    I'm surprised nobody else is on this "derailed" train yet.  I usually don't play a character much until I get a nice rare or very rare.  My first and ONLY flower variant so far is the Alien Flower.  and I am playing her.  But other than LOOKING pretty cool, I just don't get it.  She seems so UN-Special it's terrible.  Yes, Yes, I know support class.  And I'm Ok with that but how about something special in the support spectrum?  She's an ALIEN after all... Couldn't she chain heal a second target?  Couldn't she self trade her heal ability for extra damage when she wants ? which would then put a ( 5 second ? ) cooldown timer on her heal ability?  Or possible Alien Ability : Immune to snares or stuns, immune to damage over time.   All ideas besides just upping her base DPS which is also fine in my book....  Just suggesting some niche' ideas for the "special" that doesn't feel special at all....

    Oh wait... she's pink!  VERY PINK!

    She doesn't really need a buff. i think she has been buffed from the first game since the DOT ticks faster from her explosions than it did in the first game. She excels well in more objective based games where tons of zombies can be grouped in one space. Level her up enough to unlock her explosion area damage and explosion duration and she'll pretty much be fine.
    However if a buff was needed then slightly more bullet hit damage would be fine but nothing more

    As someone who has actually used her,maxed her, and is not just trying to state what she's intended to be used for. Her DoT is terrible. Nobody uses her, because why use a DoT Character like that when hers is the weakest that exists. If you seriously think she doesn't need a buff then you need to actually play as her, and then the others sunflower variants, and reevaluate what you said. Because it's not anywhere, not nearly as true as you make it seem. Her raw damage potential is so poor, the poorest of all sunflowers, it's no wonder she is never used. 3 damage ticks... It would take 2 ticks just to equal a fire tick. That's weak as hell.

    It takes 3 ticks to do 9 damage. I didn't even do 10 damage. I'm sorry, but fire can rip through people like its nothing, and quickly, and is guaranteed to hit.. And the there's no getting around it. Spore is insanely weak and moving players don't even get affected by it. They pass into and out of it with 3-6 damage done. Lightning is better for group damage dealing, or even like a toxic pea who can poison multiple people at once. The alien Flowers spore mist is so insanely weak because it's not even guaranteed to do anything and when it does its insignificant damage. Like seriously nothing.

    I think people try her out, because she seems interesting, but she's terrible so no one sticks with her. Again, Fire Flower has a real DoT that's actually effective. But whatever. Your mentality is what is keeping this game from even being remotely balanced... I think this game is pretty much on the verge of being dead anyway.

    I do play as her and nearly have her mastered. Played her a lot in the first game too. Is she the strongest sunflower? no but i feel she's still good enough at what she does. Staying at long range spamming a lot of spore area damage to keep the zombies moving instead of staying in one spot

    After u unlock the upgrades (like the park ranger) it become very powerful.
    Did you already locked?
    they increase the smog area and make it last longer.


    It's not the weakest sunflower btw

    Maxing her out doesn't make her more powerful. It basically just makes the person have the potential to get hit with the 3 point damage DoT. Without that perk the cloud is so small you won't even get a second tick in there before it's gone. It really does nothing to make her more powerful. Still the same time it takes to tick, and again they just move out of the way and it's useless. She is actually the worst flower... and it's a very useless DoT. It won't kill anybody.

    Do you know how long a target would have to stand absolutely still for that to do any damage at all? Who srands still, in anything? Thats a joke... She is the weakest flower. Name a flower that is weaker than her... She doesn't have auto fire like a lot of the other suggestions flowers, and she has the least amount of shots. And its certainly the weakest DoT in the game.
