All my characters are at Max Level

For some reason when I went to play GW2 today I was surprised to see all my characters randomly were level 10 and had mastery rank, I have not used any mods or cheats, and I am unsure how this happened as I didn't even have any characters up to max, help please and thanks.

    Yeah I have the same issue it’s probably a hacker and ea staff told me they can’t help either
