All my characters got randomly at max level

Hello, I wanted to report this issue. I started playing PVZ Garden Warfare 2 again on my PC on a brand new account. Around a week ago, I booted up my game and observed that all my characters were at max level with no upgrades unlocked. Even those characters that I have not unlocked yet. Their pots/graves appear in the character collection booth inside the bases. I have tried deleting my saves and data from the game files and booted up the game again and they are still at max level all. Could someone please look into this and help me with resetting my characters levels? I really want to enjoy the uprising of this game. I absolutely love it. Thank you!

    The person above me sent the name of the discord server. I joined it and I just told them in #general and a few people told me the same thing

    Ok so I talked with the people in the pvz server and basically you just have to wait and they will sort it out in about a week or so

    Same issue here. I logged on to PvZGW2 earlier today to finish up the snow globe and golden gnome quests and went to play some multiplayer to take a break but when I loaded into a game all of my characters were maxed out.
