All my unlocked chars are now locked for PvZ Garden Warfare

I have put in 2 help tickets almost a month ago..and still no response from EA. I had all but 1 char for each class unlocked and playable..then about 3 weeks ago something changed (with a patch I think). Now all my chars are locked again...I have had to spend the points all over again to unlock a few of them...can you fix this and unlock all my chars again. Also hopefully you will reimburse me for having to unlock the chars again.

    They all unlocked for the anniversary event and then they go back to what you had it at before.  If you really had them all go into a bad state please put in another help ticket or reach out to @plantsvszombies on twitter

    All non-progression characters were unlocked for the week of the Garden Warfare 1 year anniversary event, which ended as of March 5th. Unless you've earned about 2 million coins, I'd say the characters are locked because of this event.
