@EA_Darko I don't mean to cause offence when I say this. But, did you read what I wrote? I follow all those steps. I'm not going to re install the game every other week, that would be just ridiculous. I have all the latest updates for the game, as you can see in the App Store when a game is updated. I check when iOS is updated. I do realise you probably speak, write to many people per day, and for that reason I try to say when I have an issue what I have done, or checked to see where the problem myself before contacting a help desk/team. But, a standard preprinted response does not always correct an issue. It feels from customer perspective that us players are treated as idiots. Even when some of us, do try all we can ourselves before trying to contact EA.
Anyway thank you for replying.. I guess it will be one of life's mysteries.
@patdk75 It makes no sense on the syncing over the game to lose all those cards. It maybe it's not working correctly, but trying to get help about it is not easy. Unless an issue works out on a preprinted standard response.. No one interested. 😔
