Part of the March balance patch decreased arcane enigma's speed when hit https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/March-Balance-Patch-Details/td-p/8865855
The enemy zombie still needs to accurately hit the Rose for the speed to be reduced so it should feel like a chase. Let us know if you are seeing anything that seems unintended.
