Plants vs. Zombies cannot run and a pop-up asks for activation.

I bought Plants vs. Zombies on your EA platform and completed the game. When I reached the Endless Pool level, I couldn't open the game anymore. It has been asking me to activate it, and trying with my email didn't work either. I am a Chinese player. I hope you have Chinese customer service because communication is really difficult. Some players don't understand English. Moreover, this is the first bug I've encountered in Plants vs. Zombies so far. You probably have similar bugs in other types of your games, but we really like this classic tower defense game. I used to play the pirated version, and now I'm making up for it by playing the legitimate one. There's nothing wrong with that, but I can't play it even though I paid for it.
