Asking for some help, Garden warfare 2 broken

I came back to this game after like 2 years, and seeing my friends play it, made me want to play with them, but

Do you guys see this, why is this happening? I repaired my game over 100 times, rein stalled 20 times, but this issue still persists, it says I have some items equipped but, I can't edit their appearance, nor does it tell me I have them.

the abilities are locked; No really, I can't use them at all, I and only some abilities are usable

Only one other variant is unlocked, which is My roadie Z, but he's the only variant I have.

so how can I get rid of this error/glitch? it tills persists outside of the booth.
My chomper has no mouth

If so, I'd like for an ea person to see if fully erasing my data for this game can save it from this state, I don't mind losing 9 hours, I just want my game to be fixed
