automaticaly removed my pvz2 games user id (not gaming id)

When I am play finished of my pvz2 games. Then I am click on my back button and i am back to pvz2 home page. Then automatically removed my user id & system recommended to type a new user id. At this ...

No i have no backed up of this game, but I saw with my gaming id from google play service my all progress are saved.
