Ban Exploit / Save Corruption
Subject: Save corruption by a hacker (Level exploit) - Need manual account fix. Message: Hello everyone and EA Community Managers. My EA ID is 3loyKycaka. I am playing Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on PC via the EA App. Recently, while playing in a public multiplayer match, a hacker used a known exploit to artificially inflate my account's level to over 1,000,000. Because this value exceeds the game's limits, my cloud save is now completely corrupted. Every time I try to join an online match, the game disconnects me from the servers because it cannot process this impossible level. I am unable to play the multiplayer mode of the game I purchased. I have already contacted the standard EA Help live support, but unfortunately, they informed me that they do not have the tools to help me and could not resolve the issue. I am writing here because I know that community managers periodically gather lists of affected accounts and send them to the studio for manual resets or mass unbans. Could you please add my account 3loyKycaka to the list for a manual roll back of my progress or a full reset of my multiplayer stats so that I can play again?
