Big Hurtle
I can’t seem to draw out Big Hurtle, an elusive foe that is supposed to show up in Pressure Pier for zombies. Starting a skirmish in that area is hard enough, but having to do it again and again in hopes of this guy showing up is ridiculous. My zombie town center is at 99%, and this is the last medal I need. I haven’t had this much trouble with any of the other elusive foes, I normally get them within three or four tries. Does anyone know if this is a bug?

Unfortunately it's really a luck of the draw with getting Big Hurtle to spawn, it's just like the other Elusive Foes.
He still does spawn, cause I've seen him when I do Skirmishes in Zombies Town Center every now and then, it just takes time, and is completely random. I'm not sure where you're doing Skirmishes, but I've seen him spawn near the Museum and the Taco Restaurant during these Skirmishes.
