Black Screen with Cursor

When I try to open this game, I get various results. Sometimes the Anti-cheat window comes on (lately it's been always on), and then a black screen comes on. Two times beforehand I had a very small window with the start screen load on, but it was incredibly pixelated and when I clicked anywhere, the black screen came on. The black screen used to, after some time, show a few red blinking lines in the corner, and then a giant, blinking and pixelated cursor appeared. Now only the giant blinking pixelated cursor appears along with what I assume to be the start screen music. If I click on a specific place, a little sound signifies that I clicked on a button. It does not crash and if I leave it on for some time, nothing happens.

I don't know why this changed, but I have since (after seeing many answers to questions with similar issues) - Reinstalled the game, Cleared my origin cache, ran origin as an administrator and installed the newest graphic card driver.

I've bought the game on release and waited a bit if the issues would work themselves out, but well, they did not

I am stumped and have looked for questions on these forums with the exact same problems but haven't found any. I can run any other game perfectly fine and have never had issues like this before. ☹️ I would appreciate any and all help, I've included my DxDiag as well. Thanks
